The Justice Department has accused a “whistleblower” who has repeatedly accused the Bidens of corruption of trafficking in weapons, acting as a Chinese agent abroad, and breaking Iranian sanctions. Gal Luft, a dual citizen of the United States and Israel, is charged with paying a former Donald Trump adviser in 2016 on behalf of Chinese businessmen without declaring himself to be a foreign agent.
