There was a lot of speculation about whether or not Harry and Meghan would be allowed to attend the King’s coronation. At first reports indicated they would be not be allowed to attend. However, slowly a change started happening. Reports began leaking that King Charles was softening to the idea and would allow the duo to attend, even though William was against it and wanted his toxic brother and sister-in-law banned.
Well, the final word has apparently come down – the unpopular duo will be allowed to attend, but the Royals know these two backstabbing opportunists can’t be trusted, so they’ve hatched a plot to keep the two traitors in line.
Daily Star reported that royal expert Richard Fritzwilliams has claimed that while Meghan and Harry will likely attend the coronation, they “won’t have much of a role” as the palace doesn’t trust them.

In an interview with The Express, Richard Fritzwilliams claimed that dialogue between the Royal Family and the Sussexes will be “kept to the weather” because the Firm “can’t trust the Sussexes for a moment.”
While the couple will undoubtedly generate headlines, Fitzwilliams predicts that their involvement will be similar to that of the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee.
Last year, the pair showed their faces, but did not join the rest of the royals on the Buckingham Palace balcony.
He argues: “We do know they are going to be invited, that does seem to be so. As to whether or not they’ll come, the answer is probably yes because, remember, they only get their work because they’re royals.
“As a result, they have to be seen to be involved in some form. I would think other members of the family will keep discussions with them to the weather. We know the background to this, and it is not a happy one.”
He added: “Exactly like at the Platinum Jubilee, their role will be strictly controlled, and they won’t have much of a role. The Palace know what they are dealing with and who they are dealing with – there’s no chance at all that they will overshadow the event.”
Royalists have expressed their fears over what the Sussexes might expose in the build-up to the ceremony.
The duo have been mocked relentlessly, after their whiney Netflix documentary and Harry’s boo came out.

It was also reported that Harry had requested a private meeting with his father and brother while he was back in UK to “clear the air.” That request was reportedly denied, because the family is afraid that whatever’s said in the meeting will make its way into a Netflix documentary or a “tell-all” book.
And they’re probably right on BOTH accounts.
