Via NBC: Footage from Peru’s national police agency shows a police officer dressed as the Grinch leading an operation to dismantle a suspected drug-trafficking gang in southern Lima. Peru’s Green Squadron unit has a tradition of dressing agents in costumes when carrying out operations during the holiday periods.
