On January 6, Raechel Genco and her boyfriend Ryan Samsel traveled to Washington, D.C. Sadly, the events that followed forever changed their lives.
In the weeks after January 6th, their home was raided by a heavily armed SWAT team.
In the early hours of the morning, roughly 10 to 15 FBI agents stormed the house without warning or a warrant, guns drawn with red lasers pointing at Raechel’s head and chest as they ascended the steps, while other agents scattered throughout the house.
Ryan was handcuffed and taken away, while Raechel was forced into another room with family members and told to lock themselves in as agents searched and ransacked the home, causing significant damage to the home. At that moment, their world was turned upside down.

Since her arrest, Raechel’s life has changed drastically. She has no prior history and pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct. Prior to sentencing she was placed on an ankle monitor for 19 months.
Judge Cobb sentenced her to one year of probation, a $500 fine, and 60 hours of community service. After completing all of her hours for community service and probation, things took a turn for the worse.
Raechel is currently facing false accusations regarding her community service obligations, with claims that she forged documents.
Her probation officer, Barbara Boseley, from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, alongside Caitlin’s Smiles, is alleging Raechel’s involvement in this misconduct.
Even though probation was supposed to conclude in September 2023, she is now confronted with an extended probation period of an additional year, two months, and 18 days.
Court proceedings were expected to resume, but a new court date had not been assigned until just a week ago, when Raechel learned that her next appearance is scheduled for December 18, 2024.
The government appears determined to push her into court before Donald Trump’s inauguration on January 20th, with the goal of revoking her probation and re-indicting her on new felony charges that could destroy her life.
She has evidence that will prove her innocence, which will be presented in the courtroom. However, the government appears determined to pin this on her, accusing her of actions she never committed. They are out for blood and trying to destroy people’s lives.
She has endured nearly four years of pain and suffering, constantly being watched by law enforcement at her place of work and at her home and just a week before she was due to finish probation, she was pulled over, which seemed like no coincidence. When will this ever end!
This journey has proven to be extremely difficult, with the pressures of legal fees, daily financial obligations, and travel expenses weighing heavily on top of everything else going on.
In conclusion, despite the challenges she faces, Raechel remains strong and committed to fighting for her freedom, and she is truly grateful for everyone’s prayers and support.
With each passing day, she hopes that President Trump will step forward, do the right thing, and bring all the J6ers home, leaving no man or woman behind. Together, they deserve the chance to rebuild their lives and seek justice for all they have endured.
