The Republican National Committee’s commitment to support the party’s final candidate doesn’t seem obligatory to Nikki Haley, former South Carolina governor. During an interview on “Meet the Press” with NBC’s Kristen Welker, Haley was asked about her obligation to endorse the party’s candidate from the prior year, a prerequisite for candidates to participate in debates.
