Sometimes, a good Friday can provide just the right medicine to save a dying nation. Supreme Court is coming through in the clutch. Chevron ruling is huge. Suck on that, EPA climate freaks and Al Gore nephews. Fischer ruling is monumental, and shows the massive January 6th overreach by our DOJ overlords. DC Circuit gets absolutely spanked and bodyslammed, even by their own former Justice, thank you Ketanji Jackson. Now we await the marvelous and complicated ruling on Presidential Immunity. Will the Supremes define Immunity or will they toss it back in the faces of DC Circuit (who completely whiffed) and force the irresponsible jurists to define it anew.
